红外光谱结石分析法与化学结石分析法的对比研究

         

摘要

Objective:To analyze the urinary stone constituents by infrared spectroscopy and chemical method,to compare the clinical application value of two methods in the diagnosis of urinary calculi.Method:Constituents of urinary calculi in 850 cases were identified by infrared spectroscopy and chemical method, the identification results were analyzed. Result:Coincidence rate of infrared spectral and chemical method were 80% in detecting main components of urinary calculi, of which the detection rate of calcium oxalate stone were highest.Compared with the infrared spectrum analysis method, the detection sensitivity of calcium oxalate of chemical method was 99%, there was no significant difference(P>0.05),the specificity was 25%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Infrared spectroscopy and chemical methods have clinical significance for analysis of stone composition of urinary stones, but the infrared spectrum analysis method is more accurate, should be vigorously promoted lithiasis infrared spectrum analysis method.%目的:通过红外光谱分析法及化学法对泌尿系结石成分鉴定结果进行分析,比较两者在泌尿系结石诊断中的临床应用价值.方法:分别应用红外光谱法及化学法对850例泌尿系结石进行成分鉴定,对鉴定结果进行分析.结果:红外光谱分析法及化学分析法两者检测结石主要成分的符合率80%,草酸钙结石的检出率在两者中均最高.相对红外光谱分析法,化学法对草酸钙结石检测灵敏度达到99%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),特异度为25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:红外光谱法及化学法对尿路结石成分分析均具有临床意义,但红外光谱结石分析法更准确,应大力推广红外光谱结石分析法.
