PURPOSE: To provide a determination analysis by inbrared spectral analysis of calcium oxalate.monohydrate and calcium oxalate.dihydrate in urinary calculus by infrared spectral analysis. ;CONSTITUTION: The peak of infrared absorption spectrum appearing virtually at 780cm-1 and infrared absorption spectrum appearing virtually at 800cm-1 are utilized, a parallel homology is assumed between 780cm-1 and 800cm-1 based on the baseline of the peak of infrared absorpting spectrum appearing at 780cm-1, the infrared absorption spectrum appearing at 800cm-1 is assumed as the amount of infrared absorption of COD and the infrared absorption spectrum appearing at 780cm-1 is set to the total of infrared absorption of COM and COD, a relationship based on a primary equation (linear equation) is obtained between the content ratio of COM and COD in a sample and measurement infrared absorption spectrum appearing at 780cm-1, and the COM and COD in organism calculus is determind based on the relationship.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
