中职学校现代学徒制下'双导师'教学团队的建设探究——以宁波市鄞州职业教育中心学校为例

         

摘要

At present, there are many problems in secondary vocational schools, such as"professional teachers feel difficult to work in enterprises, enterprise masters are difficult to employ""school hot while enterprise less popular"and so on.Therefore, to create a"Double Tutorial"teaching team is a difficult problem to implement the modern apprenticeship system.Yinzhou Vocational Education Center School has built a"Double Tutorial system"teaching team suitable for modern apprenticeship talents training by building a platform for school-enterprise collaborative education and forming a long-term mechanism, which can provide reference for other vocational schools.%目前, 中职学校普遍存在"专业教师难下企业、企业师傅难聘请""学校热、企业冷"等问题, 而现代学徒制的教学必须由学校教师和企业师傅共同配合完成, 形成"双导师制".因此, 打造"双导师制"教学团队, 是推行现代学徒制急需破解的难题.鄞州职教中心学校通过搭建校企协同育人平台、形成长效机制, 建设了一支适合现代学徒制人才培养的"双导师制"教学团队, 可为其他中职院校提供参考和借鉴.
