关于中职教师专业化发展的现状与建议——基于天津市五所中等职业学校的调查

摘要

This thesis investigates the actuality about the development of Secondary Vocational School Teachers’ professionalization by the questionnaire.Through the investigation found that the degree of Secondary Vocational School Teachers’professionalization was inferior,which represented from two aspects： teachers just enrolled and cultivation after they enrolled.So that is the essential guarantee of accelerate the teachers’professional develop-ment to consummate the correlative systems.%采用问卷调查的方法,对中职教师专业化发展现状进行调查。通过调查发现,中职教师队伍在教师入职及职后培训两个主要方面专业化程度较低。完善相关制度是促进中职教师专业化发展的必要保障。
