职业教育吸引力问题研究：一个管理学的诠释框架

摘要

Vocational education is an important part of Chinese educational system.Its attractiveness can be enhanced from different perspectives.Using the framework of management functions for interpreting the attractiveness of vocational education should be a new focus on it.By analyzing decision-making functions,planning functions,functions of the organization,leadership functions,control functions,and innovative functions,the author put forward to promoting the occupation education attractive system initiative from the six perspectives of management function.%借用管理学中的管理职能框架,诠释职业教育吸引力的提升应当是一个新的探讨重点。通过重点分析职业教育的决策职能、计划职能、组织职能、领导职能、控制职能以及创新职能,从六大管理职能出发,构建提升职业教育吸引力的系统举措。
