Nearly 20 years, co-opetition relationship has become a research focus of organizational behavior field and strategic management field.Its study objects are gradually extending from the co-opetition relationship of inter-organi-zations down to the co-opetition relationship of intra-organizations at the micro-level, for example, inter-depart-ments, inter-teams, and even among members of within teams.The paper reviews the new micro-trends in co-opeti-tion relationship thoroughly, including its connotation, sources, measurement, co-opetition interaction, and its influ-ences on the organizational evolution and performance, aiming to put forward the research significances and future re-search directions in co-opetition relationship research within organizations.%近20年以来,合作-竞争关系已经成为组织行为与战略管理领域的研究焦点,其研究对象也逐渐从组织间的合作-竞争关系,延伸到组织内部的部门之间、团队之间,甚至团队内部成员之间等层面的合作-竞争关系。本文从团队中的合作-竞争关系的内涵与来源、关系测量、影响因素,以及对团队及组织的绩效研究等方面切入,对中外现有的相关研究及其进展进行综合评述,旨在提出组织内部微观层面合作-竞争关系的研究意义和未来的研究方向。
