采煤机虚拟拆装实验系统的设计与实现

         

摘要

Based on three-dimensional rendering engine Open Scene Graph (OSG), a virtual assembly experiment system is implemented to meet the practical needs of shearer design assembly and simulated experiment which is proposed by coal machinery enterprises, universities, research institutes. Taking a certain type of electric haulage shearer as the research object, the system comprehensively applies the technology of stereo display, collision detection and network collaboration. And it is easy to operate and has high emulation. It can support local research and collaboration workflow model. The study provides reference value to assembly planning and experimental study.%针对煤机企业、高等院校、研究院所等单位对采煤机虚拟拆装模拟实验研究的实际需求,以某型号电牵引采煤机为例,基于三维渲染引擎(OpenSceneGraph,OSG),综合运用立体显示、碰撞检测、网络协同等技术,设计并实现了采煤机虚拟拆装实验系统。该系统操作简易、仿真度高,可进行沉浸式实验研究和异地协同装配,对采煤机装配工艺规划和实验研究有一定实际意义。
