“两硬”围岩薄煤层工作面矿压显现规律实测研究

         

摘要

Aimed at IX4311 "two hard"(hard roof and hard floor) thin coal seam surrounding rock geological conditions of fully mecha-nized working face,the pillar with advanced monitoring,coal stress monitoring technology,research and analysis of the working face of stope distribution characteristics of abutment pressure,and combined with field monitoring data,the face pressure to IX4311 thin coal seam face mining stress firstly analysed and studied.The results show that the IX4311 thin coal seam working face roof first pressure step distance of 26.8 m,periodic weighting interval averaged 17.8 m,dynamic load coefficient is generally smaller;abutment pressure peak position is located in the coal wall in front of the 1 ~8 m,to compressive strength is low the No.2 Shaft in Sihe Coal Mine,the similar condition working face safe and efficient mining provides reference and guidance.%针对寺河煤矿二号井 IX4311“两硬”围岩(坚硬顶板和坚硬底板)薄煤层综采工作面的地质条件,采用超前支柱监测、煤体应力监测等技术,研究分析了该工作面采场支承压力分布规律特征,并结合该工作面矿压现场监测数据,对 IX4311薄煤层工作面矿压显现规律进行了分析研究。研究结果表明,寺河煤矿二号井 IX4311薄煤层工作面基本顶初次来压步距为26.8 m,周期来压步距平均为17.8 m,动载系数普遍较小;超前支承压力峰值位置位于煤壁前方1~8 m 处,来压强度较低,对类似条件工作面的安全高效回采提供了参考和指导。
