QJR-350/3.3S软启动器在刮板输送机上的应用

According to the large maintenances and high starting impact problems existed in the major hydraulic coupling and double speed motor driving applied to the 3.3 kV powered scraper conveyor, the high voltage and high power thyristor voltage control technology, computer technology and the communication technology was applied to research and develop the 3.3 kV QJR-350/3. 3S soft starter. The paper stated the work principle of the 3. 3 kV soft starter, including the main technical parameters and technical features. The paper analyzed the actual application conditions. The results showed that the soft starter would have a smooth and steady starting, small impact, operation convenient and high flexibility and could meet the application of the 3. 3 kV powered scraper conveyor.%针对3.3 kV供电的刮板输送机当前大多使用液力偶合器及双速电机驱动存在维护量大、启动冲击大的问题,应用高电压大功率晶闸管调压技术、计算机控制与通信技术,研发了3.3 kV的QJR-350/3.3S软启动器;阐述了3.3 kV软启动器的工作原理、主要技术参数、技术特点;分析了实际应用情况,结果表明该软启动器启动平稳、冲击小、使用方便、适应性强,可满足3.3kV供电的刮板输送机使用.
