基建矿井热害防治综合措施

     

摘要

针对基建矿井热害治理技术研究较少、 热害治理复杂的现状, 基于基建矿井掘进工作面作业环境温度高, 降温负荷大, 供风沿途冷量损失较大, 低湿空气与掘进工作面的热湿交换不充分,基建降温设备利用率低的矿井热害特点, 设计了非机械制冷和机械制冷方式相结合的基建矿井降温综合治理措施。 非机械制冷方式包括增加风量, 选择合理的通风方式, 双巷掘进, 采用双层隔热风筒通风, 控制热源和加强管理等。 当非机械降温方式无法满足降温需求时, 采取机械降温方式, 以赵楼基建矿井为例进行分析, 发现机械降温系统运行效果较好, 井下掘进工作面温度符合 《煤矿安全规程》 要求。%According to less study on the geothermal disaster control technology of the construction mine and the geothermal control com- plicated status, based on the mine geothermal disaster features of high environment temperature of the mine roadway heading face, high loading of temperature reducing; high cooling lost of the ventilation supply along the routing, thermal and moisture change insufficient be- tween the low moisture air and the roadway heading face and the low utilization rate of the temperature cooling equipment in the construc- tion mine, a comprehensive control measures combined with the non-mechanical refrigeration and mechanical refrigeration were designed for the temperature cooling of the construction mine. The non-mechanical refrigeration method would include a ventilation volume in- creased, a rational ventilation mode selected, double roadways heading, ventilation with double insolated air ducts, thermal sources con- trol, management enhanced and others. When the non-mechanical cooling method could not meet the requirements of the temperature cooling, the mechanical temperature cooling method would be applied. An analysis was conducted on Zhaolou construction mine as exam- ple. The analysis showed that the operation effect of the mechanical cooling system was good and the temperature of the roadway heading face in the underground mine could meet the requirements of Mine Safety Regulations.
