深部大断面软岩巷道破坏变形控制及影响因素分析

     

摘要

In order to study broken deformation control method and it's influence factors of soft rock roadway with different surrounding rock characters, it taking-800m level track raise of Hemei No.3 mine as studying background, the broken characters of roadway with old supporting style was analyzed, new supporting way was put forward, then verified by numerical simulation and practical test.The results showed that the main factors that influenced soft rock roadway deformation and broken were surrounding rock characters, ground stress, mining and designing and so on.Compared with old supporting way, according new couple supporting method of wire mesh spray and cable and grouting and cable supporting on two sides and base angle, the convergence of roof to floor and two sides of sand stone and sandy mud stone mixing section and sandy mud stone section decreased 86.4% and 90.1%, 78.5% and 89.9%, respectively, and the reason ability and scientific of new supporting way was verified.%为了研究软岩巷道不同围岩特征破坏变形控制方法及对其影响因素进行分析,以鹤煤三矿-800m水平轨道上山为研究背景,通过分析巷道在原支护形式下的破坏特征,提出新的支护措施,并通过数值模拟及现场实测进行验证.结果表明,影响软岩巷道变形破坏的因素主要有围岩性质、围岩地应力、采动影响以及施工设计等.与原支护方式相比,通过采用新的锚网喷+锚索+注浆+两帮和底角锚索联合支护方式,砂岩与砂质泥岩混合段和砂质泥岩段围岩顶底板和两帮移近量分别降低了86.4%和90.1%,78.5%和89.9%,从而定量地说明新支护措施的合理性和科学性.
