嵌入式电牵引采煤机状态监测系统研制

摘要

This article gives the composition and the technology of the embedded electrical traction coal shearer monitoring system. It intro-duce the process of the acquisition the coal shearer working state parameters by using self-developed embedded coal shearer large-capacity data logger to track the machine. By recording various operating parameters of the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components ,it can re-flect the machine in normal nor in non-normal state. In order to achieve the real-time status monitoring coal shearer.%　　本文给出嵌入式电牵引采煤机监测系统的组成及技术实现。介绍了运用自主研制的嵌入式采煤机大容量数据记录仪跟踪采集采煤机工作状态参数的过程。通过记录能反映设备正常和非正常状态时各种机械、电气及液压部件的工作参数，从而实现采煤机状态实时监测。
