矿用无轨胶轮车电气控制装置设计

摘要

针对矿用无轨胶轮车车载电气设备控制困难的问题，设计了矿用无轨胶轮车电气控制装置，分析了所需控制的车载电气设备及电启动原理，总体规划了手柄式组合开关集中采集各类控制信号、执行继电器开出控制电气设备的方式，装置采用CAN总线通信。该装置已应用于矿用皮卡车、指挥车等，性能稳定可靠，解决了无轨胶轮车的车载电气控制问题。%In view of problem of electrical equipment controlling for mine-use trackless rubber-tyred vehicle,an electrical control device of mine-use trackless rubber-tyred vehicle was designed, analyzed the electrical equipment of the vehicle and principle of electric start which need to control, Overall planned the way that lever combination switch centrally collect various types of control signals、and electrical equip-ment control by execution relays, the device uses CAN bus communication. The device has been applied in mine pickup trucks and command vehicles, performance is stable and reliable, solved the problems of electrical equipment controlling for trackless rubber-tyred vehicle.
