打造新型能源矿产开发商——中国煤炭地质总局矿业开发业务SWOT分析

中国煤炭地质总局2017年工作会上提出了"11463"总体发展战略,并提出"地质及地理信息技术服务商、新型能源矿产开发商、建设工程承包商、城市建设运营商"四商定位,根据总局的发展现状、面临的困难,运用产业集群理论及SWOT分析方法,分析了中国煤炭地质总局矿业开发业务发展方向.%On the CNACG 2017 working conference,an overall development strategy"11463"has been put forward,also a"geological and geographical information technology service provider,new typed energy mineral developer,construction engineering contractor and urban construction operators"four businesses orientation proposed. According to CNACG development status quo and difficulties fa-cing,applying industrial cluster theory and SWOT analysis analyzed CNACG mineral development business orientation.
