Mine Deal--Minerals developer signs MoU to develop Zira gold project

MINERALS development company African Consolidated Resources (ACR) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with a consortium called SSSB Group for the development of its Pickstone Peerless openpit gold mine.SSSB Group comprises a number of individuals who have held senior executive positions with major international mining companies and have operational experience in Africa, including Zimbabwe, wherethey have been instrumental in the success of a number of gold, nickel, copper, platinum, chrome and coal operations.
