基于视觉测量的综采工作面直线度测量技术研究

     

摘要

为了解决工作面直线度的测量问题,研究了在煤矿井下光照不足、煤尘多、设备复杂、工作面起伏等问题下,利用视觉测量技术代替当前普遍采用的人工方式,进行综采工作面直线度测量的技术。详细研究了工作面视觉测量的方案,提出了基于视觉测量技术的复杂工作面图像采集及处理理论,并开展了井下测量实验,实验结果显示利用视觉测量技术进行工作面直线度测量是十分有效的。%Due to the geological and environmental influences, the use of non-visual measurement equipment in working face is a technical problem. This paper mainly focuses on the commonly used technology, vision measurement technology, to replace labors in the environment with insufficient light, dust and complex equipment. The theory of complex image acquisition and processing based on vision measurement technology is studied, and the scheme and theory of the vision measurement on working face is proposed. The experimental results show that the vision measurement technology is effective to measure the straightness of working face.
