结合王家山煤矿东一203综放工作面大断面开切眼的掘进情况,分析了大倾角大断面综放工作面开切眼仰斜掘进存在的问题,设计采用“锚网索+喷浆+木点柱”联合支护方式,并从掘进出煤、安全防护问题、掘进工艺、动力灾害防治等方面提出了在孤岛条件下大倾角大断面开切眼俯斜掘进施工关键技术.通过工程实践和比较分析表明,大倾角开切眼俯斜掘进能降低工人劳动强度,节约支护材料,提高施工效率,缩短开切眼施工工期.%Combining with the tunneling condition of the large section open-off cutting in 203 fully mechanized top-coal caving face of Wangjiashan Coal Mine,the problems of upward tunneling is analyzed,a combined support scheme was designed using bolt-mesh-cable,shotcreting and wood prop,and the key construction technology of downward tunneling for large dip angle and large section open-off cutting in island mining face,from coal production during tunneling,safety protection,tunneling technology,dynamic disaster prevention and other aspects.According to engineering practice,the downward tunneling for large dip angle and large section open-off cutting can reduce the labor intensity of workers,save support materials,improve construction efficiency,and shorten the construction period of open-off cutting.
