煤显微组分结构特征及其与热解行为的关系

             

摘要

XRD and FTIR have been applied to the investigatin of structural characterization of vitrinite and inertinite macerals of PS and SD coal,and the thermal devolatilisation behavior were seperated at heating rate of 20 °C/min by TG/MS. XRD spectrum revealed the similar structure as graphite of coal and the crastallite structural parameters were determined: d002(nm),dr(nm), Lc(nm),Ln(nm),Me and fa. The ratio of aliphatic hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon,the length of aliphatic hydrocarbon side chains and the substitutional condition of aromatic rings were determined by FTIR. This study reveals the rich hydrogen condition, aliphatic hydrocarbon side chains linking condition and the substitutional condition of aromatic rings of the sample. The TG and the thermal devolatilisation behavior have relation with the characterization of coal structure. The thermal devolatilisation behavior and generation mechanism of C1-C4 light hydrocarbon, hydrogen, benzene and phenyl were specially analyzed.%利用XRD和FTIR对平朔煤和神东煤的惰质组和镜质组结构进行了测试,并利用TG/MS对其热解脱挥发分行为进行了升温速率为20℃/min条件下的在线测试,通过XRD测定,揭示了煤的类石墨结构特征,计算了样品的晶格结构参数:d002,dr,Lc,La,Me和fa.利用FTIR测定,计算了表征煤结构特征的三个重要参数:脂氢与芳氢比率、脂肪侧链的链长和芳香氢取代情况,揭示了样品的富氢程度、脂肪链的连接及芳核氢的取代情况.样品的热失重和挥发分析出行为与其结构特征相关,重点分析了C1~C4轻质烃类、氢气、苯和苯基的析出行为及机理.
