摘要

The essentials of the application and management of HAZOP (HAZard and OPerability) analysis for chemical projects are presented in the paper which include relevant occasions, plans and responses. For a chemical EPC project, the process safety management and review in the design stage is crucial for a successful control of its process risks. The HAZOP analysis in the design stage can help improve inherent safety of a project with only little cost. The HAZOP analysis activities organized by the project manager include the establishment and plan of the HAZOP actions, the selection and training of persons, the issuance of HAZOP report and the response and track of suggestions.%针对化工项目建设过程,从HAZOP分析应用时机、HAZOP分析活动的组织等角度,阐述了HAZOP分析活动的应用与管理要点.完整的HAZOP分析活动主要包括组织与策划、人员的选择与培训、分析报告的编制与发布等,通过对HAZOP建议措施的响应,来实现对工艺风险的良好控制.
