PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sort out the risks inherent to medical activity and to take measures by elucidating a possibility of such risk occurring in what process of the activity and the magnitude and frequency of the influence when the risk occurs.;SOLUTION: The medical activity is time serially resolved for every major element and is further segmentalized to sub-elements constituting the major element. Consecutively, the possible influence of the occurrence in case of a failure in establishing the activity intended in respective elements and occurrence frequency are evaluated by using a risk matrix corresponding to the qualitatively and semi-quantitatively predetermined levels of importance of the medical activity and, in addition, the measures for every element are derived.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
