利用现有装置大比例使用高硫煤生产焦炭的实践探索

摘要

To broaden the coking coal resources and reduce the raw material cost,Yixing Coking carried out the production practice of coking with large proportion high sulfur coal by using the existing production unit. High sulfur coal (sulfur content about 2.4%) and mixed coal (sulfur content 1.0%) were blended for coking based on the proportion of 50%respectively. The coke quality was ensured through the small iron box experiment and measures ensuring the homogeneity and accuracy of coal blending. As a result of producing high sulfur content coke,H2S content in coal gas and SO2 content in flue gas were both on the high side,corresponding measures were taken and the problem was solved. The production practice of Yixing Coking proved that it was technically feasible to produce high sulfur coke with large proportion high sulfur coal by utilizing the existing production unit,which had certain economic and social benefits.%为拓宽炼焦用煤资源、降低原料成本,益兴焦化进行了利用现有生产装置大比例使用高硫煤炼焦的生产实践.将高硫煤(硫分2.4%左右)和混合煤(硫分1.0%)按各自50%混配后进行炼焦,通过小铁箱实验、保证配煤均匀性和准确性等措施,确保了所产焦炭的质量;生产高硫焦导致了煤气中H2S含量偏高,烟气中SO2含量偏高,通过分别采取相应措施,问题得以解决.益兴焦化的生产实践证明,利用现有装置,大比例使用高硫煤生产高硫焦炭技术上可行,具有一定的经济效益和社会效益.
