高硫煤对焦炭质量和高炉生产影响的分析及应对措施探讨

摘要

A large number of high sulfur coal are purchased and used in Xinyu Steel.The sulfur content of coke increases significantly which affects the production and quality of molten iron of blast furnace.To solve this problem, the way to reduce the influence of high sulfur coke on the quality of molten iron is discussed.%新钢高硫煤大量进厂并使用后,焦炭中的硫含量明显升高,对高炉生产及铁水质量造成了一定影响.为此制定了应对措施,探寻减小高硫焦炭对铁水质量影响的途径.
