The studies were made on the scaling of washing tower tray,evaporation tower packing,high temperature hot water pump inlet and outlet pipe,mixer throat,quench chamber broken blister and ash water heat exchanger in the process system of Anhui Huayi Chemical Co.,Ltd.by adopting X-ray fluorescence spectrum (XRF) method,the chemical compositions of ash scale could be tested.Meanwhile,the mineral compositions of part of the ash scale were detected through X-ray diffraction (XRD).The ash scale formation reasons of different process sections were analyzed.Through measures of increasing dispersion agent,controlling stripper and three-stage flashing working condition accurately,and lowering the suspended solid of ash water,long period safe and stable operation of the gasification unit was ensured.%针对安徽华谊气化工艺系统中水洗塔塔盘、蒸发热水塔填料盖板、高温热水泵进出口管、混合器喉管、激冷室破泡条、灰水换热器等处易出现结垢的问题,进行了研究.采用X射线荧光光谱法分析了灰垢的化学成分,通过X射线衍射确定了部分灰垢的矿物质组成,分析了不同工段灰垢形成的原因,并通过对汽提塔进行检修、增加分散剂、准确控制汽提塔及三级闪蒸工况、降低灰水悬浮物等措施,确保了气化装置的长周期安全稳定运行.
