目的：为了进一步提高我院急诊科对冠心病快速心律失常的治疗效果和减少并预防各种并发症的发生，分析和探讨采用胺碘酮联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗的可行性及价值。方法选择我院急诊科2013年1月至2014年1月收治的冠心病并发快速性心律失常患者56例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各28例。对照组患者给予单药胺碘酮治疗，观察组患者给予胺碘酮联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗，分析两组患者的治疗效果及药物起效情况。结果治疗后，观察组总有效率为89.29%（25/28），明显高于对照组的67.86%（19/28），且观察组用药后起效时间更短，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论针对急诊科常见的冠心病快速心律失常患者采取胺碘酮联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗，不仅可以显著提高患者病情的临床治疗有效率，而且缩短了药物起效时间，值得推广和应用。%Objective To analyze and discuss the feasibility and value of amiodarone combined with potassium aspartate and magnesium aspartate in the treatment of emergency tachyarrhythmia patients with coronary heart disease, so as to improve the treatment effect in Emergency Department of our hospital and reduce and prevent the incidence of complications. Methods Fifty-six cases of patients with coronary heart disease complicated by tachyarrhythmias in Emergency Department of our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 28 cases in each group. The control group was given amiodarone, while the observation group received amiodarone combined with potassium aspartate and magnesium aspartate. The therapeutic effect and the condition of drug onset in the two groups were analyzed. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 89.29% (25/28), which was significantly higher than 67.86% (19/28) in the control group;the drug onset time in the observation group was significantly shorter; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Amiodarone combined with potassium aspartate and magnesium aspartate for patients with coronary heart disease complicated by tachyarrhythmias in emergency department can not only significantly improve clinical treatment effective rate, but also shorten the drug onset time, which is worthy of popularization and application.
