Objective To investigate the immunologic correlation of vitiligo in different stagings. Methods A total of 52 patients with vitiligo (group A) whom included 17 patients in progressive stage and 35 in stable phase, and 30 healthy blood donors (group B) were added to the study. The T cells in peripheral blood and subgroup were detected by monoclonal antibodies and indirect immunofluorescence staining method. Results The CD4 + T lymphocyte of group A was decreased compared with that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01).The CD4 + and the CD8 + T lymphocytes of group A in progressive stage were significantly decreased compared with those of group B (P <0.05) ; the CD4+ T lymphocyte of group A in stable phase was significantly decreased, while the CD8 + T lymphocyte was significantly increased (P <0.05).Conclusion Patients with vitiligo have immune deficiency. There is a close correlation between immunity function and the advance of pathogenetic condition.%目的 探讨不同病情分期白癜风的免疫相关性.
