不同分期、分型白癜风患者外周血调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞表达分析#

Objective:To Analysis the expression level of peripheral regulatory T cells and helper T cells in different staging points on the vitiligo patients.Methods:We detected the peripheral regulatory T cells (CD4、CD25+、Treg and CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg) and T helper cells (CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+) in the blood of the 79 selected continuous cases of patients with vitiligo,that were the nearest patients on treatment,and compared with the results of the normals on the medical conclusions at the same test in the same period (control group,n=21).Results:The expression intensity about the peripheral CD4、CD25+、Treg and CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg and CD3+、CD4+、CD8+,CD4+/CD8+of the vitiligo group is significantly weeker than the control group,and that of CD8+is higher than the latter ones (P all<0.05~0.01).And,comparing about the ratio of the T cells expressed in the different stages of vitiligo patients,the CD4、CD25+、Treg and CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg and CD4+level,CD4+/CD8+in the advanced group is obviously lower than the stable ones,and the CD8+of is stronger than the latter (P<0.05 to 0.01).About the peripheral ratio of T cells expressed in the different types and the subtypes of vitiligo patients,the CD4、CD25+、Treg and CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg and CD4+level,CD4+/CD8+in the vulgaris group and the generalized subtype group peripheral ratio is significantly lower than the segmental group,and CD8+levels is higher than the latter (P<0.05 to 0.01).Conclusion:Peripheral blood regulatory T cells and helper T cells are abnormally expressed on Vitiligo patients,these abnormalities are more obvious on the patients in advanced,unusual and the generalized subtype.%目的：：分析不同分期、分型白癜风患者外周血调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞表达水平。方法：连续选择近期就诊的白癜风患者79例,进行了外周血调节性T细胞(CD4 CD25+Treg 和CD4+CD25+ Foxp3+Treg)和辅助性T细胞(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)检测,并与同期体检结论正常健康者(对照组,21例)相同测试结果比较。结果：白癜风组外周血CD4 CD25+Treg、CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg及CD3+、CD4+、CD4+表达强度、CD4+/CD8+比值均明显低于对照组,而CD8+水平则明显高于后者(P均<0.05~0.01)。不同分期白癜风患者各种T细胞表达比较中,进展期组外周血CD4 CD25+Treg、CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg及CD4+水平、CD4+/CD8+比值均明显低于稳定期组,而CD8+水平则明显高于后者(P均<0.05~0.01)。不同分型及其亚型白癜风患者各种T细胞表达比较中,寻常型组及泛发性亚型组外周血大部分CD4 CD25+Treg、CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg及CD4+水平、CD4+/CD8+比值均明显低于节段型组,而CD8+水平则明显高于后者(P均<0.05~0.01)。结论：白癜风患者存在着明确的外周血调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞异常表达,在进展期、寻常型以及泛发性亚型患者中,这些异常更加显著。
