Objective To investigate related factors affecting blood pressure in order to provide directed preventive measures and suggestions. Methods A total of 374 healthy people taking medical examination for consecutive 6 years in some area were recruited in this study, and then were divided into hypertension group (n=68) and non-hypertension group (n=306) according to blood pressure levels. General data and biochemical test indexes were compared in two groups, and multifactor logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting blood pressure. Results The differences in age, body height, body mass index ( BMI) , waist circumference, hip circumference, blood glucose and triglyceride were sta-tistically different between the two groups (P< 0. 05). Logistic regression analysis showed that age and BMI were independ-ent risk factors affecting blood pressure. Conclusion With increasing age, blood pressure monitoring should be paied more attention. Controlling body mass index can help to reduce incidence rate of hypertension.%目的 探讨影响人群血压的相关因素,提出针对性的预防措施和建议.方法 选取某地区连续6年行健康体检374例,根据血压状态分为高血压组(n=68)及非高血压组(n=306).比较两组一般资料及生化检测指标,并采用多因素logistic回归分析影响血压的相关因素.结果 两组年龄、身高、体重指数、腰围、臀围、血糖及甘油三酯比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).logistic回归分析显示,年龄和体重指数是影响血压的独立危险因素.结论 随着年龄增长,应更加重视血压监测,控制体重指数有助于减少高血压病的发生.
