Objective To evaluate the effects of pulsed dye laser(595 nm) combined with lauromacrogol in the tret-ment of infantile hemangioma. Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of infantile hemangioma treated by pulsed dye laser (595 nm) combined with lauromacrogol in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results At 12-month follow-up,eval-uation of results using Achauer system showed 56 patients with scale IV (excellent) and 4 with scale Ⅲ (good). The cure rate and effective rate were 93.3% and 100% respectively. The short-term side effects included local swelling, blisters and coughs,which disappeared after corresponding treatment. In addition,no long-term adverse reactions were reported. Conclu-sion Combination of pulsed dye laser(595 nm) and lauromacrogol has various advantages,such as minimal trauma,optimal therapeutic efficacy and fewer side effects,in the treatment of infantile hemangioma.%目的 观察脉冲染料激光(595 nm)联合聚桂醇硬化剂治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的临床效果.方法对采用脉冲染料激光(595 nm)联合聚桂醇硬化剂治疗的婴幼儿血管瘤60例的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 随访12个月时,按照Achauer等的疗效评价标准对疗效进行评价,本组IV级56例,III级4例,治愈率为93.3%,有效率为100%.本组即刻不良反应有局部肿胀、水疱、皮损及咳嗽等,经相应处理后均消退,无远期不良反应.结论 脉冲染料激光(595 nm)联合聚桂醇硬化剂治疗婴幼儿血管瘤创伤小,疗效好,不良反应少.
