多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描三维重组在诊断肺部结节中的临床价值探讨

             

摘要

目的:分析讨论多层螺旋CT (MSCT)低剂量扫描三维重组在诊断肺部结节中的临床价值。方法将2011年5月至2015年5月我院收治的肺部结节患者86例随机分为两组各43例。对照组接受常规剂量MSCT扫描,试验组接受低剂量MSCT扫描。比较两组患者CT扫描结果(包括肺部结节数量、形态等)以及不同剂量对患者的辐射影响。结果两组患者不同大小的结节数量、结节总数量相比无显著差异(P>0.05),两组患者不同形态的结节数量相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。对照组患者所受平均辐射量为(407.4±72.81) mGary,试验组为(86.5±13.96) mGary,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规剂量相比, MSCT低剂量扫描三维重组在诊断肺部结节检测中无明显性差异,结果准确,对机体伤害更小,建议在临床推广应用。%[ Abstract] Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical value of three-dimensional reconstruction with low dose scanning of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in diagnosis of pulmonary nodules. Methods 86 patients with lung nodules admitted to our hospital from May 2011 to May 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received normal dose scanning of MSCT, the experimental group received low dose scanning of MSCT. The CT findings (including the number and form of lung nodules) and the radiation effect of different dose scanning on patients were compared between the two groups. Results The number of different sizes of lung nodules and total number of lung nodules in the two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05), the number of different forms of lung nodules in the two groups had no statistical difference (P >0.05). The average radiant quantity of the control group was (407.4 ± 72.81) mGary, higher than (86.5 ± 13.96) mGary of the experimental group, with statistical difference (P <0.05). Conclusions Compared with normal dose scanning of MSCT , three-dimensional reconstruction with low dose scanning of MSCT has no significant difference in diagnosis of pulmonary nodules, with accurate results and less damage, which should be recommended to use in clinic.
