头孢克洛颗粒治疗小儿泌尿道感染疗效及安全性分析

             

摘要

Objective To observe and analyze the efficacy and safety of cefaclor granules in treatment of pediatric urinary tract infection. Methods 60 children with urinary tract infection treated in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with cefaclor granules, the control group was given amoxicillin. The clinical effect, improvement of clinical symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, higher than 73.33%of the control group (P<0.05);the incidence of urgent urination, frequent micturition, odynuria, urethral discharge and leukocyte disorder of the two groups after the treatment were improved, and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group;all the difference was statistical (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusions Cefaclor can effectively kill the pathogenic bacteria and easy to absorb, with good antibacterial effect and high safety, which is an ideal antibiotic for treating urinary system disease, respiratory system disease and skin disease, and deserves clinical promotion.%目的:观察与分析头孢克洛颗粒治疗小儿尿道感染的疗效及安全性。方法选取我院2013年3月至2014年3月收治的60例泌尿道感染患儿,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。观察组服用头孢克洛颗粒治疗,对照组服用阿莫西林治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、症状改善情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率93.33%显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);两组治疗后尿急、尿频、尿痛发生率以及尿道分泌物和白细胞异常发生率均显著改善,且观察组改善程度显著优于对照组;差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论头孢克洛能够有效杀死致病菌,抗菌效果良好且容易吸收,安全较高,是治疗泌尿系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病以及皮肤疾病较为理想的抗生素之一,值得临床推广。
