This article discussed that after bladder infected by bacteria,the way in which the microenvironment produce adaptive immunity. Once in the past, bladder is widely considered to be a sterile environment, the concept has been recently shaken. It is suggested that we should further study the influence of urinary tract pathogen infection or BCG immune response. In this paper, bladder biology has been illustrated, and bladder organ immunity is urgently needed to be explored and defined.
