加强病原菌耐药监测工作提高感染控制水平

摘要

Antimicrobial resistance surveillance is a long-term strategic work.Antibiotic resistance surveillance nets have been established with different purposes over the world.The result of antimicrobial resistance surveillance has become an important basis for the rational use of antibiotics.However,due to the wide range of bacterial resistance surveillance net covering hospitals,levels of microbiological detection and other reasons,it is difficult to ensure the quality of surveillance data.It is necessary to strengthen the detection of pathogens and enhance the performance of antimicrobial resistance surveillance.%细菌耐药监测是一项长期战略性工作，世界各地都建立了相应的细菌耐药监测网。细菌耐药监测的结果已经成为抗菌药物合理应用的重要依据。但是由于细菌耐药监测网涉及的医院范围广，各级医院的微生物检测水平参差不齐等原因，监测数据的质量难以保证，因此必须加强病原菌的检测工作，进一步提高细菌耐药监测水平。
