南京市流动人口研究

摘要

在尚无专门的流动人口普查工作的前提下，对南京市流动人口的数量进行了估算，分析了流动人口的特征，对其地域分布特点进行了探讨，揭示了流动人口与城市规划、建设和管理等方面的关系。认为应根据停留时间将流动人口折算成标准人口，从而将流动人口纳入城市规划与管理的轨道，并融入主流社会，积极鼓励基层社区创造多种管理模式，实现流动人口的产业化。%The relationship between the floating population and urban planning, between the construction and management as well as its distribution are revealed in Nanjing through the estimation, the analyses of the floating population in the respects of its number, location and nature. It is suggested that the floating population be put into the track of urban planning and management as a standard population depending on its span of staying in a certain area, realizing the industrialization of floating population under multi-management in the communities.
