构建可持续发展的常州市“数字规划”体系

摘要

回顾了规划信息化建设发展历程,从数据建设、系统开发和应用以及服务数字城市等方面介绍了常州市规划信息化成果,总结了信息化建设的主要经验,初步提出了构建可持续发展的数字规划体系的构想.%This paper reviews the development of the planning informationization process of Changzhou and presents the planning informationization achievements of Changzhou from data base construction, system development and application, to the service to "Digital Changzhou". Then it proposes to set up the digital planning system of Changzhou.
