基于SOA的数字规划集成平台设计与实现——以常州市标准化规划管理信息系统为例

Aiming at solving the problems of repeated construction and isolated information island in domestic digital planning, this paper sets forth the basic concepts and features of service-oriented architecture (SOA), analyzes the connotation of integrated platform for digital planning and the key contents in construction of integrated platform for digital planning based on SOA. Then by taking Changzhou's standardization of planning administration information system as an example it demonstrates the characteristics and feasibility of the integrated platform for digital planning based on SOA.%SOA作为一种企业级分布式软件架构思想,得到了越来越广泛的应用.本文针对国内数字规划建设中出现的重复建设和信息孤岛问题,阐述了SOA的概念和架构特征,分析了数字规划集成平台的内涵和基于SOA的数字规划集成平台建设的重点实施内容,并以常州市标准化规划管理信息系统的建设为例,论证了基于SOA的数字规划集成平台的特点和可行性.
