新时期哈尔滨市冰雪产业竞争力提升的探讨

摘要

分析了在全国冰雪旅游迅速发展的现状,认为此状况下只有使冰雪活动商业化、产业化和系统化,才能适应市场经济体制发展的需要.并在此基础上,提出了哈尔滨市冰雪产业竞争力提升的策略.%This paper argues that under the rapid development of ice-snow tour in China it is necessary to commercialize and industrialize the ice-snow activities in order to adapt itself to the market economy. Then it provides suggestions on the strategies of enhancing the competitiveness of ice-snow industry in Harbin.
