围绕解决农民工城市居住问题,以"明确目标-规划引导-模式创新"为思路,在对现阶段农民工城市居住空间特征以及与农民工诉求存在偏差分析的基础上,提出在解决农民工城市居住问题过程中城市规划所应达成的目标.最后,结合实际情况,指出落实规划并切实解决农民工居住问题的创新模式.%Based on a comprehensive analysis on the difference between the spatial distribution characteristics of migrant works' housing and their expectation, this paper presents a "target identification, planning guidance and pattern innovation" strategy in order to substantially improve their residential conditions through urban planning. In addition, a new and practical pattern is devised to carry out the plans and resolve the workers' housing problem.
