Urban planning is about matching archetypical "Homo urbanicus" (defined mainly by demographic and life-cycle variables) with archetypical human settlements (defined mainly by population size, population mix, and spatial density). "Homo unbanicus" can be a building block toward a theory to explain urban spatial phenomena.
