创新城市规划理念下的精细市政规划策略探讨——以《后海片区市政详细规划及地块接线指引》为例

摘要

近年来,创新城市规划理念不断出现,传统市政规划方法已越来越不能适应新的规划要求.本文以“小尺度街区”、“零退线”和“高强度地下空间开发”3个创新城市规划理念为标靶,从适应新理念和提高规划建设实施成效的角度,提出7个将传统市政规划进一步精细化的规划策略.%In recent years,with the emerging of innovative urban planning concept,traditional urban planning approach has been found unsuitable for the new planning requirements.This paper takes three innovative urban planning concepts,namely "small-scale block," "zero lot line," and "high-intensity development of underground space," as the target,from the perspective of adapting to the new logic and the effectiveness of the implementation of planning and construction,and proposes seven planning strategies of further detailed traditional municipal planning for discussion.
