有机-无机杂化钙钛矿太阳能电池的研究进展

         

摘要

有机-无机杂化钙钛矿材料不仅具有较高的光吸收能力和载流子迁移率,同时具有双极性特征以及合成方法简单等优点,目前已成为最有发展前途的太阳能电池材料,其光电转化效率在7年内从3.8%迅速提升到20%以上,并有进一步提高的空间.简单介绍了钙钛矿材料的结构与性质,综述了钙钛矿太阳能电池的研究进展,指出了目前电池发展中亟需解决的问题及未来的发展方向.%Hybrid organic-inorganic perovskite materials have received much attention in recent years because of their super light absorption coefficient, high charge carrier mobility, ambipolar property, and simple preparation procedure. Photon conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells was raised from around 3.8% to over 20.4% in past 7 years and had potentials to be continuously enhanced. With a brief introduction of structures and optoelectronic properties of perovskite materials, development and device structures of perovskite solar cells were summarized. Further, challenging issues with current devices were explored and future development directions of perovskite solar cells were proposed.
