Provided are an absorption layer thin film of an organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cell, a manufacturing method of an absorption layer thin film of an organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cell, and a solar cell using the method. The manufacturing method of an absorption layer thin film of an organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cell according to the present invention comprises: a step of adding methylammonium iodide (MAI) lead iodide and sodium chloride to a solvent for forming an absorption layer of an organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cell to form a solution for forming an absorption layer; a step of applying the solution on a substrate for forming an absorption layer; and a step of drying the solution applied on the substrate.
