PRP复合BIO-OSS对种植体周骨缺损修复的实验研究

         

摘要

目的 验证富血小板血浆(PRP)复合无机牛骨(BIO-OSS)对兔胫骨种植体周骨缺损的修复作用.方法 选择健康新西兰大白兔24只,采用自身对照方法.在动物的左右两侧胫骨体部上1/3距膝关节2 cm处各植入1枚种植体,并在种植体一侧建立骨缺损区,左侧为实验组,填充PRP与BIO-OSS复合物;右侧为对照组,填充生理盐水与BIO-OSS复合物.分别于术后2、4、6周处死动物各8只,行X线片检查,进行骨密度分析;行组织学染色检查,测量新生骨面积.结果 术后2、4、6周骨密度分析显示实验组灰度值与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后2、4、6周实验组新生骨面积与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 PRP可以促进骨组织的再生与修复,PRP与BIO-OSS复合材料是良好的促进骨缺损修复的移植材料.%Objective To verity the reparation of the composite graft with PRP and deproteinizedbovinebonemineral(BIO-OSS) to the bone defect in dental implantation. Methods 24 healthy New Zealand white rabbits were selected. Defects and holes were made on the bilateral tibia in each side of the 1/3 and 2 centimeters from knee. Implantations were embedded in holes. The left side was experimental group and filled with BIO-OSS/PRP. The right was control group and filled with BIO-OSS/NS. The tibia healing was evaluated by X-ray film,histological analysis at 2,4,and 6 weeks postoperative. Specimens were measured by the computer in histological and new bone density analysis. Results Totally 24 rabbits were involved in the result analysis. A greater volume of new bone formation were observed in the graft sites that received PRP than the control at 2,4 and 6 weeks postoperatively(P<0. 05).Conclusion PRP/BIO-OSS composite can remarkably facilitate the repair of rabbit tibia defects. And it is a more promising alternative to bone graft material.
