目的：了解南昌市某医学院校医学生吸烟现状及其影响因素，为制订控烟措施提供依据。方法采取分层整群随机抽样方法，对935名在校医学生进行问卷调查。回收有效问卷912份，有效率97．540％。结果吸烟率为14．364％（131/192）。男生的吸烟率高于女生（χ2＝49．982，P＜0．05）；大一、大二、大三、大四、大五的学生吸烟率比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝22．503， P＜0．05）。医学生吸烟行为与多种因素有关，男性、年龄较大、家庭月收入高、个人月生活费高、家中允许吸烟是吸烟的危险因素，而母亲文化程度较高、对吸烟危害的正确认识是吸烟的保护因素。结论南昌市医学生吸烟率不高，吸烟行为受多种因素影响，应对重点人群采取有针对性的干预措施。%Objective To study the smoking status and revalent cause factors among medical college students in Nanchang and provide information for smoking control .Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 935 medical students by stratified cluster random sampling method .912 questionnaires were valid .The valid rate was 97 .540% .Results The total smoking rate was 14 .364% (131/192) .The smoking rate of male was higher than female(χ2 =49 .982 ,P<0 .05) .There was a great difference among different grades(χ2 =22 .503 ,P<0 .05) .There were many factors associated with smoking conducts ,in which older ,higher family income ,higher monthly cost of living ,allowing to smoking in the home were risk factors ,but mother′s educational level ,correct knowledge about the hazards of tobacco were protective factors .Conclusion The smoking rate of medical students is not high .The smoking status are influenced by many factors .Intervention should pay more attention to focus group and better prevent medical students from smoking .
