师范生跨专业考研的叙事研究

             

摘要

为深入了解师范生跨专业考研的情况,以某高校2009级小学教育专业的本科生张晓明(化名)为对象进行叙事研究。通过对其考研动机、重要他人,对双专业学习关系、人际关系的认识与处理以及考研的个人意义等方面的讨论与分析,得出结论:跨专业考研是一个在周围环境尤其是重要他人的影响下,以自我心理补偿为原初动机,以服务他人、增强心理救助能力为最终动机,以心理学专业学习为本灵活有效地处置双专业学习、建立与改善人际关系,以心理学与教育学为工具自我探索、自我设计、艰苦奋斗、实现目标的自觉主动的学习与发展过程。跨专业考研即发展这一研究结论的认同推广度具有或然性。%To make a profound understanding of cross -discipline graduate candidate , a narrative study was made on one student of the elementary education major of 2009 in a college, named zhang xiaoming ( an invented mame) .Through the analysis of his motivation in registering the graduate exam , significant others , his dealing with the relation of the dual majors and the impersonal relations , and the personal meaningfulness , the paper draws a conclusion:under the influence of surrounding environment especially that of significant others , taking the self psy-chological compensation as the original motivation and working for others, strengthening the psychological salvation as the final motivation , to pursue postgraduate study is a learning and developing process , which focuses on search-ing for identity , understanding oneself , self design to accomplish one ’ s goals with the tools of psychology and peda-gogy.During this process, the graduate candidate effectively handles with dual major study , founding and impro-ving interpersonal relations by means of his psychological leaning .studying in this field can be recognized and be promoted.
