采用以LMA-1为表面活性剂,正三辛胺为载体,磺化煤油为膜溶剂,氢氧化钠为内相试剂组成的乳状液膜体系,从电镀废水中提取Cr6+。研究了各种因素对膜稳定性和Cr6+的提取率的影响,确定了适宜的工艺条件。结果表明,当表面活性剂LMA-1为4g/100mL煤油,正三辛胺TOA为3mL/100mL煤油,NaOH浓度为10%,油内比Roi为1:1,乳水比Rew为1:15时,Cr6+的提取率可达99%以上,处理后的废水可达标排放。%In the paper,LMA-1 was used as the surfactant,TOA as the mobile carrier,kerosene as the membrane solvent and NaOH solution as the internal phase of the liquid membrane. Factors affecting the stability of the liquid membrane and extraction efficiency of Cr (Ⅵ)were studied, and suitable technological conditions were determined. Experimental results showed that the extraction efficiency of Cr(Ⅵ)is up to 99% when LMA-1 is 4g/100mL kerosene, TOA is 3mL/100mL kerosene,NaOH is 10%,the Roi=l : I and Rew= 1: 15. The effluent could accord with the standard.
