拉动式系统下的施工过程信息流管理研究

摘要

该文针对建筑施工过程中信息流管理所存在的问题，引入精益思想中的拉动理论，结合最后计划者技术和看板管理两种方法来构建拉动式的施工过程，通过明确需求来拉动信息在各个施工参与方及施工活动间的流转，并规范了信息的收集和传递流程，确保了信息流的质量，提高了整个施工过程的信息流管理效率。%The existing problems in the information flow management in construction process are analyzed with pull theory of lean thinking. The two methods of last planner technology and Kanban management are combined to establish pull construction process. Clear demands are applied to pull in-formation circulation in construction parties and activities. The information collection and circulation process are regulated. Thus, the quality of infor-mation flow is ensured and the efficiency of information flow management in the whole construction process is enhanced.
