BIM在绿色建筑中的应用探析

摘要

The connotations of green architecture and BIM are elaborated with their development status at home and abroad summarized. The shared de-velopment points of green architecture and BIM are analyzed and BIM is found to be important technology support for green architecture, based on which ways to effectively apply BIM in green building are discussed deeply from the six aspects of evaluation standard for green architecture.%该文回顾论述了绿色建筑和BIM技术各自的内涵，并对绿色建筑和BIM在国内外的发展状况进行了简要总结。分析了绿色建筑和BIM的发展契合点，发现BIM是绿色建筑发展的重要技术支撑，在此基础上从绿色建筑评价标准的六个方面深入探讨了如何有效利用BIM助推绿色建筑的发展。
