砂砾岩超高层建筑地基的溶洞处理

         

摘要

建筑高度266m的超高层建筑拟采用变厚度筏板基础,但由于场地揭露溶洞体量大、数量多且位于砂砾岩地区,比较罕见,因此溶洞处理成为地基基础设计的重点和难点。该文详细描述非常规溶洞揭露历程及溶洞处理的失败教训和成功经验,供同类地基处理参考。地基处理后,按照相关规范进行检测,结果表明:对不同区域、深度、大小的溶洞采取有针对性的方法是合理有效的。%The glutenite site of 266-meter-high building plans to use raft foundation. Since it is exposed to unconventionality karst cave, which is bulky and massive. Karst cave treatment is the key and difficult point for foundation design. This paper describes in detail the failure lessons and successful ex-perience of the exposure process and the treatment of the unconventional karst cave for reference. In accordance with the relevant testing specifications, it shows that to apply appropriate methods for karst caves in different areas, depths and sizes is reasonable and effective.
