本文采用HPLC-ELSD法测定枯草芽孢杆菌(Bucillus subtilis)发酵液中葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖的含量,结果发酵液中果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖分别为0. 36 mg/mL,0. 60 mg/mL. 31. 36 mg/mL.通过计算,发酵液中蔗糖的转化率约为67. 68%,该方法可以准确、灵敏、快速检测枯草芽孢杆菌(Bucillus subtilis)生物转化蔗糖为葡聚糖过程中底物浓度的变化.%The contents of glucose, fructose and sucrose in Bacillus subtilis fermentation were determined by HPLC - ELSD. The results showed that the content of fructose, glucose and sucrose was 0. 36 mg/ mL、0. 60 mg/mL and 31. 36 mg/mL, respectively. The conversion percent of sucrose in fermentation liquor was 67. 68%. This method can accurately, sensitively and quickly detect the substrate concentration variation in Bacillus subtilis bio - converting sucrose into glucose.
