In order to increase cultivation level and quality of flue-cured tobacco for the two major tobacco brands (Qingjiangyuan and Jinshennong) in Hubei province, by using the method of quality analysis and statistics, the appearance quality, the harmony of chemical components and sensory quality for flue-cured tobacco of C3F grading were analyzed. The results indicated that: (1) for tobacco leaves of Qingjiangyuan, the average scores of appearance quality and sensory quality were 87.08 and 86.35 respectively, the nicotine content was suitable, total sugar content was slightly higher than 30%, and sugar and nicotine contents were harmonious. (2) For tobacco leaves of Jinshennong, the average scores of appearance quality and sensory quality were 88.17 and 86.08 respectively, the average nicotine content was less than 2.5%, total sugar content was slightly higher than 30%, and sugar and nicotine contents were not very harmonious.%为了全面提升湖北省内两大烟叶品牌种植水平和烟叶品质,采用烟叶品质分析与统计相结合的方法,分析了湖北两大烟叶品牌一“清江源”和“金神农”C3F等级烟叶外观质量、化学成分和感官质量.结果表明,“清江源”烟叶外观质量综合得分平均为87.08分,烟碱含量适宜,总糖稍高于30％,糖碱协调性较为适宜,感官质量综合平均得分为86.35分,综合评价质量较好； “金神农”烟叶外观质量综合得分平均为88.17分,烟碱平均含量稍低于2.5％,总糖含量稍高于30％,糖碱协调性尚需进一步提高,感官质量综合得分平均为86.08分,综合评价质量较好.
